a note on flexibility
Every engagement is shaped on the discovery call.
The package tiers are a starting point, not a cage. On the discovery call we walk through your daughter's school, where she is in the timeline, and what is actually keeping you up at night. Then we recommend the tier that fits and adjust the line items inside it. Some families add only the Social Resume. Others want the full Bid VIP with extra sessions. Both are normal.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a sorority recruitment coach cost? +
Across the industry, sorority recruitment coaching ranges from a few hundred dollars for self-paced courses to several thousand dollars for premium concierge engagements. Cultivate Your Bid offers three core packages at fixed pricing: The Bid Starter at $750, The Bid Builder at $1,500, and The Bid VIP at $2,250. We also offer The Social Resume add-on at $500 and a flexible Craft Your Bid option at $250 per session.
What is included in each Cultivate Your Bid package? +
The Bid Starter ($750, 3 sessions) covers recruitment planning, registration, and recommendation letter strategy. The Bid Builder ($1,500, 6 sessions) adds social resume development, social media audit, wardrobe consultation, and conversation prep. The Bid VIP ($2,250, 9 sessions) adds introduction video script development, mock recruitment, story and confidence sessions, a Parents readiness session, and a personalized Bid Day game plan. The Social Resume ($500) and Craft Your Bid ($250 per session) are available as add-ons or standalone.
What if I need extra sessions beyond what is in my package? +
Package holders can purchase additional one-on-one sessions at $175 per session, a $75 savings off the a la carte rate. Most families add one or two sessions during peak weeks of preparation. Add-on sessions can be used for any of the services in the Craft Your Bid menu.
When should I sign up for coaching? +
The strongest engagements begin in late spring, usually April through June for fall recruitment. Earlier is better for recommendation letters because some chapters expect them organized by January of senior year. That said, we take new families on through the summer. A focused six-week engagement starting in June still meaningfully changes how she walks into August.
Can I work with a coach if my school is not listed? +
Yes. Coaching is available at any Panhellenic university. The school-specific guides we publish are most detailed for the campuses our coaches know intimately, but the strategy work translates across schools. On the discovery call we walk through your daughter's specific campus and confirm the right fit.
Do you guarantee a bid? +
We do not, and anyone who claims otherwise is not being honest with you. Bid outcomes depend on chapter culture, personality fit, and elements outside any coach's control. What preparation does is make the controllable parts as strong as they can be: how she presents herself, the conversations she can have, the impressions she leaves. That meaningfully increases the odds of a bid she actually wants. It does not guarantee one.
Can I switch packages mid-engagement? +
Yes. Families sometimes start in The Bid Starter and upgrade to The Bid Builder once they see how recruitment week is shaping up, or move from Builder to VIP as rush week approaches and the desire for live coaching grows. Upgrades prorate the difference. Most families find the right tier on the discovery call before booking.
