The call lasts 20 minutes, covers your daughter's school and timeline, and ends with a recommended package fit. We respond to every inquiry within one business day. There is no obligation to commit on the call. Most families take a day or two after the call to talk it through at home before deciding.

What happens on a discovery call?
Twenty minutes, video or audio. We start with where she is in the recruitment timeline, what school she is heading to, and what is keeping you up at night about the process. We answer questions about how Cultivate Your Bid works, share which package fits best, and walk through what the engagement would look like week by week. We end with clear next steps. There is no pressure to commit during the call.
How long does a discovery call take?
Twenty minutes, scheduled. Some calls run a few minutes long if there are extra questions and that is fine. We will not stretch the call to fill time, and we will not push past your scheduled window without asking.
What if my daughter's school is not on your list?
Bring it to the call. Coaching is available at any Panhellenic university. The school-specific guides we publish are most detailed for the campuses our coaches know intimately, but the strategy work translates across schools. Most coaching happens online, and our coaches have direct experience at campuses well beyond the schools currently in our published guide library.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The 20-minute call is free, no card on file, no automatic upsell. If we are a fit, we send a clear proposal afterward. If we are not, we will tell you that on the call and point you toward what we think would actually help.
