Sorority alumnae. Chapter advisor experience. A coaching practice built around warmth, clarity, and walking into recruitment ready.

Cultivate Your Bid is a sorority recruitment coaching brand built to bring warmth and clear strategy to a category that too often feels overly transactional. Our coaches are sorority alumnae with years of direct Panhellenic recruitment experience, both as PNMs going through it themselves and as advisors on the chapter side of the tea table. We coach one-on-one with families across the country, with engagements pacing from a few months of preparation through bid day itself.

Why Cultivate Your Bid exists.

The recruitment coaching category has a problem. Most of what is out there feels either overly transactional, like coaching is a checklist a family can buy their way through, or stuck in cliches that have not held up since the last time anyone actually went through rush. Neither approach treats the girl walking into the week as a whole person.

Cultivate Your Bid was built around a different thesis. Recruitment is not a performance. It is a series of real conversations between a PNM and the women in chapters who are trying to figure out who they want to spend the next four years with. The girls who walk into those conversations clearly, without performing and without panicking, are the ones who tend to find the right sisterhood for them. Coaching is the difference between hoping that happens and preparing for it to.

Our coaches are sorority alumnae who have lived recruitment from both sides: as PNMs going through it themselves, and as chapter advisors helping new members make decisions on the other side of the tea table. That dual perspective is what every Cultivate Your Bid engagement is built on.

We are also small by design. The coaching team is intentionally tight so that every family gets a coach who actually knows their daughter by Week 2, not a stranger making generic recommendations from a script.

our thesis

Authenticity wins.

The girls who get through recruitment in the chapters that fit them best are not the most polished ones, the most rehearsed ones, or the ones with the most expensive outfits. They are the ones who walk in knowing themselves clearly and stay grounded enough to let chapters see the real version of who they are. Every part of how we coach is built around making that easier, not harder.

Molly Greene, Sorority Recruitment Coach

Molly Greene

Sorority Recruitment Coach

Las Vegas, Nevada

Molly is the founding coach behind Cultivate Your Bid and the only in-person sorority recruitment consultant working out of Las Vegas. She built the program after years of watching PNMs and their families try to piece together preparation from rush forums, a friend's older sister, and whatever generic article surfaced first on Google. The result was usually anxious. The strategy was rarely cohesive. Cultivate Your Bid was her answer.

Her coaching covers every layer of preparation, from the first social media audit in the spring through the conversations on Bid Day. Molly walks PNMs through Panhellenic culture and chapter dynamics at their specific school, helps them write recruitment resumes that read as them and not as a template, and runs mock recruitment conversations until the rhythm of each round feels like something she has done before. Wardrobe planning, etiquette, chapter research, and the quiet work of figuring out which sisterhoods actually fit her values all sit inside the engagement.

What Molly will not promise is a specific bid. What she does promise is that every girl she coaches walks into recruitment with clarity, confidence, and a sense of who she is before a single conversation starts.

What every engagement includes.

Every Cultivate Your Bid engagement, regardless of package tier, runs on the same foundation:

  • A direct intake call so your coach knows her, not a profile of her.
  • A weekly cadence from spring through pre-rush, paced to her school's recruitment timeline.
  • School-specific strategy, drawing on the Cultivate Your Bid library of school guides and on coaches with direct campus experience where possible.
  • Honest counsel. We will tell you when an idea is not working, when a chapter you love may not love back, and when she needs rest more than she needs another mock conversation.
  • A coach who knows the family, not just the PNM. Every package includes a clear way for parents to stay informed without hovering.

Frequently asked questions

Who founded Cultivate Your Bid?

The brand was founded by Molly Greene out of years of one-on-one recruitment coaching with PNMs who needed something more strategic and more personal than what was available in the category. The brand has since grown beyond a single coach, but Molly remains the founding voice and the through-line on every engagement.

What makes Cultivate Your Bid different from other rush coaches?

Two things. First, every coach is a sorority alumna with chapter advisor experience, which means the strategy work is informed by what actually happens on the chapter side of recruitment, not just on the PNM side. Second, the brand is built around warmth and authenticity, not hype. We will not promise outcomes we cannot guarantee, and we will not coach a girl into being someone she is not just because we think it is what a chapter wants to see.

Do all coaches work with all schools?

Yes. Coaching is available at any Panhellenic university. Some campuses are deeper in our knowledge base than others because we have written full school-specific guides for them. For schools without a published guide, our coaches still work with families using the broader Panhellenic strategy framework and current information from the school directly.
