Authentic Strategy
Recruitment rewards girls who know themselves clearly. Every plan we build starts there. Who she is, what she actually loves, and the chapters where the real version of her would feel at home.
One-on-one coaching that helps your daughter feel ready for what recruitment week actually demands. And helps you feel like she is in good hands.
Sorority recruitment coaching is one-on-one preparation for sorority rush at colleges with formal Panhellenic recruitment. At Cultivate Your Bid, every coach is a sorority alumna with real recruitment experience: as a girl going through it herself, and as a chapter advisor on the other side of the tea table. Each girl is called a Potential New Member, or PNM, in recruitment language. We work with families across the country, at every Panhellenic campus where the week matters. Engagement starts with a free 20-minute discovery call.
authentic, prepared, calm
Recruitment rewards girls who know themselves clearly. Every plan we build starts there. Who she is, what she actually loves, and the chapters where the real version of her would feel at home.
Recommendation letters. Philanthropy round conversations. The dress code at Preference. The unwritten rules of recruitment shift from school to school, year to year, and chapter to chapter. We have been studying them most of our adult lives.
Recruitment week is long. It is hot. It can be emotional in ways even the steadiest girls do not expect. We coach toward steadiness in everything we do, from the first social media review in May through the conversations on Bid Day.
Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call. We will talk about her school, where she is in the process, and what has been keeping you up at night. By the end of the call you will know whether coaching is the right move and which package fits.
We match her with the coach who knows her school best. The two of them work through social media first, then recommendation letters, then her bio, then a conversation playbook for each round. Everything paces to her school's recruitment timeline.
By rush week the conversations are practiced. The wardrobe is sorted. Her coach is on call when she needs her. We will not promise a specific bid. What we can promise is that she will walk in feeling ready for what is actually coming.

We've put together school-specific guides to help you walk in prepared, no matter where you're rushing.

You are the reason most of our families end up on this page. You have been reading the rush forums, watching TikTok over your daughter's shoulder, and quietly worrying about how she is going to feel if a chapter she loves does not invite her back. We see you. The work we do is for her, but the relief is also for you. Every package includes a clear way for you to stay in the loop without hovering, and The Bid VIP includes a Parents Recruitment Readiness session because the emotional weight of recruitment week is real for parents too.
Cultivate Your Bid is a small team by design. Every coach has been through recruitment as a girl and as a chapter advisor, which means we know the week from both sides of the tea table. Each one brings her own school, her own sorority, and her own story (including the parts no one likes to put on a website).
Meet the team →Every chapter looks at every girl's social media before recruitment starts. Our checklist walks her through Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Threads. We show what to archive, what to keep, and how to clean things up without erasing the parts of her personality that should stay. Instant download.
No spam. Just the checklist and the occasional thoughtful note.
Book a free 20-minute call. We will talk through where she is in the process and whether working together makes sense for your family.
Sorority recruitment coaching is one-on-one preparation for sorority rush at colleges with formal Panhellenic recruitment. A coach guides your daughter (called a Potential New Member, or PNM, in recruitment language) through social media review, recommendation letter strategy, her bio, conversation prep for each round, wardrobe choices, and the emotional weight of the week itself. At Cultivate Your Bid, every coach is a sorority alumna who has been through recruitment as a girl and as a chapter advisor.
We work with rising college freshmen heading into formal sorority recruitment, and with the moms (and sometimes dads) who are right there with them. The girls we coach come from every kind of background. Legacy daughters whose moms still wear their letters. First-generation Greeks who do not know a single sorority alumna. Girls walking into Alabama or LSU and girls heading to smaller Panhellenic campuses where the week is just as personal but the spotlight is dimmer. If recruitment matters to your family, we are probably a fit.
The strongest engagements begin in late spring, usually April through June for fall recruitment. Earlier is better for recommendation letters because some chapters expect them organized by January of senior year. That said, we take new families on through the summer. A focused six-week engagement starting in June still meaningfully changes how she walks into August.
Across the industry, sorority recruitment coaching ranges from a few hundred dollars for self-paced courses to several thousand dollars for full-service engagements. Cultivate Your Bid offers three core packages at fixed pricing: The Bid Starter at $750, The Bid Builder at $1,500, and The Bid VIP at $2,250. We also offer a Social Resume add-on at $500 and a flexible Craft Your Bid option at $250 per session. Full details are on the Services page.
